2nd Sunday of Easter – 4/23/17 “Seeing is believing: Faith, Doubt, & the Church”

Sermon offered on the Second Sunday of Easter, April 23, 2017, at Christ Episcopal Church, Fairfield, Alabama. The celebration of Easter continues. The story of the risen Lord calls us into a ministry of sharing our experience of Jesus. Calls us to invite others into the community of believers and doubters that is the Church, where Jesus meets us again and again offering peace and new life. Christ Alleluia! Christ is risen!

Acts 2:14a, 22-32 * Psalm 16 * 1 Peter 1:3-9 * John 20:19-31
